Return Process

Contact our customer support team via email or our toll-free number within 48 hours of delivery to report any physical damage or functional defects.

A certified Glen technician will visit your location to inspect the appliance and verify the reported issue to approve the return or exchange.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Ensure the product is kept in its original packaging along with all accessories, user manuals, and the original invoice for a successful pickup.
- 4.Resolution
Once the item is picked up and verified at our warehouse, we will process your replacement or initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
